Autodesk Collaboration | Artoo In Love Short Film
A short film made collaboratively with The Office of the CTO and Pier 9 Workshop at Autodesk and ILM VFX artists. Follow the intrepid Artoo as he attempts to find love in this galaxy. The project involved 3 fully functioning R2D2 robots and showcased one of the first successful programmings of a robotic arm to draw a complex image on a slanted surface.
Featured in over 110 media outlets around the globe, including: Time, People, Forbes, ABC, E!, LA Times, MAD Magazine, Esquire, USA Today, MTV, Popular Mechanics, and The Huffington Post and premiered at the Sonoma International Film Festival.
